Very easy arrangements for access and check out. With personal attention from the owner and a fantastic breakfast. A very Swiss experience. I recommend this very relaxed petit hotel experience.

The location on a smart residential road provided me with fabulous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the sitting area and terrace where I could relax and take in the stunning scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing me with tours and ticket assistance, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had free toiletries and a well-equipped kitchen for guest use. I was impressed by the comfort and quality of this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The services and amenities provided, such as the luxurious room amenities and assistance from the staff, ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated right by the lake and just a stone's throw away from the main train station. the view from the room was breathtaking overlooking the beautiful lake. the room had great facilities with an air conditioning unit that was perfect for the warm weather and a shared pantry for light meals.
The bathroom lacked privacy, with just a glass partition, which was quite inconvenient.

1. Yves was a great host. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and took good care of the guests. 2. The hotel was in a very scenic location. 3 The rooms were very comfortable. Items such as a dvd player and a good collection of multi lingual movies etc helped us relax at the end of a tiring day in the Alps. 4. Free overnight parking was available on the streets nearby. During the day, one could park the car for free for three hours.
1. The spread and choice of breakfast could have been better. On our second day, the croissants and some bread got over before we were done with the breakfast..

I had a great stay at this hotel. The view from my balcony was fantastic, being right by the lake made it even better. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was conveniently located between the buses, which made it easy for me to get around this city. Breakfast was also lovely- it was organic, and everything was clean.
Nothing, all excellent.

Mrs and Mr Coppey were nice and friendly. The envelop they prepared had all the information I needed to get into the bnb, however, though we requested for the bus passes prior to our arrival, they weren't inside the envelop. We were a bit disappointed about that. After all, it was a nice stay at Belalp, the room was clean, quiet, has tv, free wifi and the public area has nice view too.
Location a bit far from train station but just across a bus stop.
